Shipping Policy

Phoenix Brands will ship out orders within 72 hours upon verification. Mode of payment is either COD (cash on delivery) or G-cash. Delivery option is door to door except for ODZ (out-of-delivery zone), which is for pick up from the nearest courier branch. Strictly NO CANCELLATION of order beyond 24 hours from the time the order has been placed.
