Phoenix Brands does not accept Returns or Exchanges. 

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

Return To Sender (RTS) Packages:

Phoenix Brands will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender or for any lost or misrouted parcels due to incorrect information provided. 

Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct delivery address otherwise the package will not be delivered.

If you think you have entered an inaccurate address, you need to contact us immediately within 24 hours from placing the order so we can update (fastest is through our FB page: @phoenixbrandsph).

Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses or other mishaps from happening. We highly encourage you to provide your contact number and email upon checkout.

Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement. 

Contact us within 24 hours (fastest is through our FB page: @phoenixbrandsph) and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order. We do not accept cancellation of orders beyond the 24 hours window.
